The main purpose of this role is to plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, goals; identify resources needed
  • Facilitate the agile software development processes such as sprint/release planning, estimation, prioritization and retrospectives
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Motivate and encourage team members to work properly for the successful completion of any project
  • Measure project development performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Monitor and control all the project activities and identify any roadblocks and take necessary measures to facilitate smooth project development and execution
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as needed
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining required project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
  • Prepare project reports (inception report, project progress report, project completion report and so on)
  • Maintain high-Quality Assurance processes and standards
  • Review and approve project deliverables before sending to the clients
  • Maintaining a view of capacity across the development teams in order to work with Product Management to build a product roadmap that is based on the capacity of the teams


  • 1 year + proven working experience in project management.
  • 4 years + experience in programming with a strong technical background.
  • Good client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Any project management certification is a plus
